1 1/4 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 tsp vanilla
milk as required
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and beat with an electric beater till stiff peaks are formed.
Remember; add the milk gradually so that you don't add too much.
Spread over the cake.
