iNGREDIENTS

For noodles
  • 250 gms refined flour 
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil to fry
For topping 
  • ½  cup honey 
  • 2 tbsps oil 
  • Chocolate sauce to drizzle 
  • Vanilla ice cream as needed.

METHOD

  • Combine the refined flour, oil and salt to make dough and leave it to rest about about five minutes. Roll this dough into thin sheets and using a knife cut into thin strips. Deep fry these strips in oil till golden brown and then drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
  • Place the noodles in a serving plate and drizzle honey and chocolate sauce over them. 
Serve with a dollop of ice cream.

Ingredients:   

1.    10 fine chopped fig pieces and soaked in 4-5 big spoon milk for 1-2 hours.
2.    1 kg full cream milk
3.    2 big spoon cornflour mixed in ¼ cup water
4.    3 big spoon honey

5.    ¾ cup Rooh Afza
6.    1 cup cream

Method:

Step 1: Boil milk in a heavy base pan and let it simmer on low flame for 25 minute.

Step 2: Mix cornflour paste and cook it for 5 minutes. Take it off the flame and keep it for cooling.

Step 3: Add Rooh Afza into it and keep the whole preparation for freezing.

Step 4: Beat up the milk next morning.

Step 5: Cut the Rooh Afza mixed milk cube and don’t let it to melt. Now add soaked fig in this preparation.Cover it up for whole night and keep it for freezing again and serve it after freezing it.

Note: Make sure that while putting the ice cream mixture into the refrigerator, adjust the temperature properly.

Ingredients: (4 people)
4 tablespoons ground coffee
2 sticks cinnamon
Honey


Preparation:
Prepare 1 cup of regular coffee, Place 2 teaspoons honey and half a stick cinnamon in each glass.
Pour the very hot coffee into the glasses.
