Ingredients: 250gms paneer
4 green chillies
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 loaf peeled garlic crushed finely
4 tsp corn flour
2 cups coriander
Salt to taste
Oil to fry


Method
Cut paneer into 1-inch pieces.
Grind coriander with all the spices except corn flour and garlic.
Now make a paste of corn flour with water and add the garlic.
Mix this with ground masala, dip paneer pieces in it and deep fry.
Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
