Ingredients:

2 tablespoons melted margarine or 2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1 Combine melted margarine or oil, cocoa, and hot water.
2 Blend in confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
3 Pour or spread on brownies or cake.
4 Glaze will harden when cool.
