Chef's Name : Chef Massimiliano Orlati
Ingredients
300 gm rocket lettuce

2 Tbsp mushrooms - chopped
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of one lemon






Method
For the dressing:

Take a bowl and add mushrooms, half of the parmesan cheese, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the rocket leaves.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
