Ingredients
250 gm khoya-crumbled

2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup tomato-freshly pureed
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup green peas-shelled
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander for garnish
Water



Method
Heat ghee and add the cumin seeds.
When seeds splutter, add the tomato and ginger and saute till fat separates.
Add the peas and saute till well mixed.
Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and cook till tender. Add khoya.
Add some water to cook. Let it simmer till well mixed.
Serve garnished with the garam masala and the coriander.
