INGREDIENTS brown pizza bases 2
Pesto sauce 4 tablespoons
Sundried tomatoes, chopped 8
Black olives, sliced 8
Mozzarella cheese, sliced as required
Olive oil 2 tablespoons


METHOD
Place the pizza bases on table top. Spread two tablespoons of pesto sauce on each.
Sprinkle sundried tomatoes and black olives. Top it up with mozzarella cheese slices.
Heat a non stick pan. Place the pizza in it, drizzle one tablespoon olive oil over.
Cover and cook till the cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve.
