Ingredients

whole wheat flour - 1 cup
firm tofu - 2 oz.
cooked tur dal - 1/2 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin (jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander(dhania) powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it covered for an hour.
Take a small portion of it and make it into a ball and roll it.
Heat the griddle on medium flame, when it is hot enough put the paratha on it and
shallow fry on both sides till golden color
