Ingredients1/2 cup (125 mL) Cottage cheese
1/4 to 1/3 cup (60 to 80 mL) crumbled Canadian Feta
1/2 tsp (2 mL) paprika
1 green onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Purée Feta and Cottage cheese together in food processor.
Then stir in paprika and onion and mix well.
Refrigerate one hour to let flavours blend and enjoy.
