Ingredients1 kg khajoor-seedless and broken into small pieces
400 gm sweetened condensed milk
250 gm mixed dry fruit-chopped
1 cup desiccated coconut
Method
Place all ingredients, except coconut in a non-stick pan and cook till thick--collects in the center.
When cool enough to handle, shape into rolls of desired thickness.
Coat the rolls with the coconut and chill.
Cut into slices and serve.
