Ingredients:
1 cup - sweet corn (boiled)
1 - potato (boiled)
1 - small onion chopped
1 - small tomato chopped
green chilli chopped
salt to taste
chaat masala to taste
1/2 tsp - lemon juice
butter
jeera powder
For garnish:
corainder leaves
farsan chivda ( gathia, sev, salted bhoondi)


Method
Heat butter in a pan, add boiled corn, potato, onion and tomatoes and mix well.
Remove from the flame and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve garnished with corainder leaves and farsan/ gathia, sev or salted bhoondi.
