Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 green chillies, finely chopped
2” ginger, finely chopped
5 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp mango powder
1 carrot, grated
½ tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp poppy seeds, roasted
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp chilli sauce
1cup bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Method
Pressure cook the potatoes, peel and then mash well.
Add other ingredients except the bread crumbs and oil for frying .

Mix well.Check the seasoning.
Shape the mixture into desired shape. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Drain well and serve hot with mint or coriander chutney.
