Chef's Name : Niru Gupta
Ingredients
1/4 cup poppy seeds

1/2 cup melon seeds-dried and peeled
1/4 cup almonds
2 Tbsp fennel seeds
2 Tbsp dried red rose petals
1.5 tsp peppercorns

Method
Grind all the ingredients together.

Mix with milk and serve chilled.
