Chef's Name : Chef Thomas Robin Gomes, Chutney, The Metropolitan, Hotel Nikko
Ingredients1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp curry leaves
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp chopped green chillies
2 tsp tamarind pulp
1 tsp powdered sugar

Method
Grind the ingredients to a fine paste and serve.
