Ingredients:
150g cottage cheese (mashed)
50g khoya
100g gur
1/2 cup coconut (dessicated)
1/4 cup almonds (chopped)

For garnishing:
Dessicated coconut
Almonds and cherries





Method
Melt gur on a low flame and remove from fire.
Add cottage cheese, khoya, dessicated coconut and chopped almonds.
Shape into rounds and flatten with palms.
Roll in dessicated coconut and decorate with almonds and cherries.
